A SWING AND A PRAYER — The Archdiocese of Winnipeg's ninth annual Swing and a Prayer golf tournament in support of vocations and the seminarians fund was held at Winnipeg's Breezy Bend Golf and Country Club July 23. Smith, third-year seminarian Christopher Dubois and the archdiocese's newest seminarian, Jessie Baris, who is entering the seminary in the fall, bringing to six the number of seminarians in the Archdiocese of Winnipeg. The 150 golfers, volunteers and sponsors raised $15,000 for the seminarians fund.
